I was thinking about you this last week. I spent every day last week in school dealing w/ my daughter and wanted to pull my hair out. It seems like she will have a very good week one week and the next is a nightmare. You just can never tell.

I stumbled upon your blog yesterday and read a lot of it in my spare time. It's refreshing to me because I also am a recently (2 years ago) single mom of three kids... I have all boys, ages seven, a soon to be eight year old and one soon to be 11 year old. Gees that makes me feel old! My middle son is also autistic. He's PDD-NOS. He's able to speak and attends "normal" classes at school but he has some problems in social situations, he's very distant, and he's so sensitive. He is the sweetest boy! His teachers just go on and on about how sweet and kind he is. :)

I really just want to thank you for your blog. I have many friends, most of whom don't have children, and the few that do don't have autistic children.

I also wanted to comment on the post about abusive men...my X husband fit into that mold perfectly! It is amazing! I felt so alone for a long time, thinking that I was the only one going through it. There's definitely strength in numbers.

You're a strong beautiful woman with beautiful children. An inspiration to many around you I'm sure. I don't know you...but I want to tell you that I'm proud of you. :)

With love,
Melanie

If the iontophoresis does help at all after 3-4 visits, it is time to switch therapists or techniques. As a physical therapist, I do not continue to use that type of a modality without results. Some manual or hands on therapy might be indicated.

@Mercedes: I have my content stolen from http://joeaveragegetsfit.wordpress.com all the time, sometimes within hours by scrapers.

If it becomes a problem, then start searching for information. For example, there an article on <a href="http://lorelle.wordpress.com/2006/04/10/what-do-you-do-when-someone-steals-your-content/" rel="nofollow">what to do when people steal your stuff</a>.

It's a unfortunate part of life on the 'Net. People steal your stuff to get people to go to their site so they can sell something.

It's terrible we have to worry about such things, but I applaud your desire to take precautions. No, we'll never know what would have happened had you not switched the bottles, but when faced with a possibility, even a remote one, why take a chance? Life is already too short.

Stay healthy!
