		<description><![CDATA[Well, ah-hem, I do not know who the writer is that you are speaking of, but I have heard blurbs on NPR about working and distractions, etc... And I think I heard an interview in which the subject was multi-tasking and they discussed how music can be either distracting or helpful, just depends on the tempo/mood/rhythm, etc... and of course, if I don&#039;t speak Spanish, well then the Cuban jazz is an excellent choice. Sometimes I try classical, but it too can be TOO stimulating or TOO relaxing....]]></description>
