I should probably blog about moving
oh yeah, my house is under contract. am moving in about two weeks. yup. I have spent most of my week sans children (they just spent the past week with their father), packing non-essentials, books, going through “stuff”, hauling large garage clutter to the dump, searching for apartments….
*sigh* I was really stressed out about moving. However, my fall semester of school begins next week, and I am thankful that I will be getting this inevitable move complete, instead of selling/moving in the middle of the semester.
John came to visit, this weekend, and brought a giant pile of boxes to help. And, of course, we had to have our obligatory Sunday morning excursion to the local NWR… he’s been begging to go to the refuge that lies on the South Carolina side of the Savannah river. I didn’t capture much in the way of “smashing” photos, but that’s quite alright… I can’t argue with listening to bullfrogs and marsh hens, as my start-of-the-day activity.
