Getting Treated Like a Piece of Meat
ooh, you thought I was going to write some self-pity post about sexuality? wrong.
I bought a 4.6lb pork loin at Kroger a few days ago… wasn’t sure at the time just exactly what I planned to do with it, but now it must be cooked before it turns into larvae food. Just rubbed that baby down and got it into the oven… am going with a modification of a recipe from foodnetwork.com. Which brings me to another random note: my thyme plant is not doing so well this year. It’s growing really slow, meanwhile my runt-rosemary is finally taking off after living in that same spot for 3 years. (and rosemary typically grows like a weed.) Herghmmm, does it justify buying an additional thyme plant? maybe.
alright, off to wally-world cause I need a few things, including a new meat thermometer because my existing one died, or the battery did.
