I caught John examining the bark of this cypress, and well, we're always looking for a good composition, right? I think it's a pretty darn cool pic.

That right there is my favorite pic from the entire weekend. Only an accident too, I was changing some settings on my camera and just took a practice photo, just as John was getting something from the boat… I probably should edit just a bit now that I look at it on the web, could use just a boost…BUT!! the silhouette, color of the shade under the trees, the water…. it sums up the “feeling” of the day. Love it.
