I really hurt today. my body is stiff. I feel like an 85 year old man when I bend down. Ugh…? Could it be because I took several days off prior to my Wednesday and Thursday runs? So, what to do with the next 8 days before my first race…? Will need to keep moving. I think. Perhaps doing some yoga today would help…. You know what? Now I realize that I was mixing yoga and pilates in almost every day there for a while, and I wasn’t getting so sore. Perhaps that is the answer.
Okay, I think I’m done rambling. The children will be with their father this weekend, so I have a whole weekend to get some workouts in. YAY!
