There were 3 or 4 kite surfers at Tybee two weeks ago when I was there with the children. I walked down to the water with Josephine and pointed at the bright red giant kite and said “kite” several times, and Josephine imitated me with a sweet little “ike!”….
She then said “bye” today when Dad was holding her as Nicole was walking out the door!
HEY! here’s a pic of a bright red kite…. too bad Tybee’s surf doesn’t look like THAT.
