what kind of person starts a blog and then doesn’t keep it up??????

ME.
ah. makes me sick. I want people to know what I’m up to, yet I provide no updates. I appologize. Perhaps you may forgive me if I remind you that I now have 3 kids?
Well, if you must know, things are going quite well. Olivia started her school year at Marlow Learning Center. She rides the bus every morning, and is delighted to do so. Although, she does like to stray on the walk to the bus, the little devil. So, I have to keep corralling her down the walk to the bus. I don’t think I’ll ever actually understand the dear child. Well, she’s asleep right now. We’ve been changing medication, took her off of ritalin. Stopped using Clonidine, and now we are trying a different drug. it’s called risperdal. Supposedly it was originally designed as an anti-psychotic medication for schizophrenia. It’s “off-label” use is in autistic spectrum children for subduing their stereotypical behaviors, and also as a mood-stabilizer. So, as I was saying it’s after 10am, and she’s still passed out. I haven’t bothered her, as I figure if she needs to sleep then let the poor child sleep. She can’t control her movements and rest during the day, so I am thinking that perhaps it’s a good thing for the sake of her development to just allow her to sleep this morning. Afterall, the child is up at 6:30am during the week for school.
Meanwhile, number 3 is passed out on my bed. My husband is out crabbing, and Jackson spent the night with grandma and grandpa.
Hmmm. Some would say that this is a perfect opportunity to “get something done around the house.” Pah!
